紙盒成型機設計
摘 要
本文設計的粘貼式天地蓋紙盒成型機,將已經經過剪裁和壓痕的紙板進行一次性紙盒沖壓成型。由于生產的紙盒尺寸可變,工作之前需要預先通過轉動具有雙向螺紋的長螺柱來調節縱向和橫向彎板間的距離,一次紙盒成型過程分為幾個時間階段,主要是通過已設計好的不規則輪廓的大小凸輪以及成對的帶輪和錐齒輪完成時間上的控制。紙板輸送定位后,紙板隨上可換沖頭運動,先彎折帶有紙舌兩側的紙板,然后進行紙舌彎折涂膠,最后進行另外兩側紙板的彎折同時與經過表面涂膠的紙舌粘貼,成型完成后紙盒隨下可換沖壓頭在彈簧作用力下返回至成型初始位置,在進行下一張紙板輸送的同時完成出料過程,通過協調各部分之間的運動時間關系完成在各個機構運動周期內的一次紙盒成型。
該機型為全機械設計,具有整體尺寸小、機能可靠、生產周期短、并能方便調節產品尺寸進行產品調整作業等優點,可以接入生產線流水作業,也能夠進行單件少批量的生產,因此它對實際的生產具有很多現實意義。

Design of Carton Forming Machine
Abstract
In this paper the bonded paste covered carton former is designed through a disposable press forming of a clipped and creased cardboard. Due to the variable size of the production of the carton, time control should be achieved by turning the irregularly big and small cam which has a two-way screw and pairs of pulleys as well as bevel gears before the work begins. After the cardboard conveying is positioned, punch sport is brought on it, and first the cardboard with tongue paper on two sides is bended, then the tongue paper is folded and glued, finally the cardboard on the other two sides is folded, meanwhile stuck to the tongue paper glued on the surfa-
ce. After formed, the carton will return to the initial position under the spring force of the punch. The ejection of compact process is finished while the following cardboard is being conveyed. A long double-screw bolt lined in a carton in the motion cycle of each institute is used to adjust the distance between the vertical and horizontal bending cardboard through the coordination of the relationship between motion and time in different parts. A carton former process is divided into several time stages, mainly through the already designed type.
This type is a completely mechanical design, having many advangtages such as small size, reliable funct-
ion, and short production cycle as well as adjusting the product size conveniently for the operation adjustment. What’s more, it can not only join in the production line for line process, it can also undertake a small amount
of production for a single kind. Therefore it has a lot of practical significance to the actual production.

2設計主要研究的內容
針對ZK660-A智能全自動天地蓋紙盒成型機存在的不足以及其他大多數紙盒成型機械的最后成型環節大多采用手工生產,生產成本較高、質量不穩等問題,本課題擬設計一種方便實用的小型粘貼式天地蓋紙盒成型機,用于簡單紙盒的成型加工。能夠方便調節紙盒成型機內部結構尺寸,生產不同規格尺寸的紙盒,并且生產周期較短,外觀整體結構小,可以進行單件少量的生產,也可以接入生產線進行流水作業。
紙盒成型最小尺寸為100mm 100mm 30mm,最大尺寸為200mm 300mm 30mm。紙盒尺寸如圖2-1。
