摘要
薄煤層采煤機(jī)用于采高低于130mm的煤層。由于有些煤層的厚度太低普通采煤機(jī)難以進(jìn)行正常開采,影響采煤的效率。對(duì)一些薄、厚煤層并存的煤礦,由于薄煤層開采速度緩慢,使其下部的中厚煤層長(zhǎng)期得不到及時(shí)開采,以至影響工作面的正常接替,而有的就只能被迫丟失一些薄煤層資源。隨著大批煤礦中、厚煤層的資源開采比較多,使得資源越來越少,所以薄煤層的開采已列入日程。因此,研制適合的薄煤層采煤機(jī),以適應(yīng)不同的煤層結(jié)構(gòu),提高薄煤層采煤的工作效率是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
雖然薄煤層采煤機(jī)的型號(hào)、規(guī)格有許多,但它的各主要組成部分大同小異,合理選擇薄煤層采煤機(jī)的截割部的參數(shù),可以改善其工作性能和減少采煤比能耗。選擇這個(gè)題目就是要進(jìn)一步熟悉薄煤層采煤機(jī)各部分的工作原理,對(duì)其進(jìn)行更好的改進(jìn),并對(duì)它的截割部減速器進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析設(shè)計(jì),使其耐用并且省時(shí)省力容易裝修,使其在工作中能夠有更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。對(duì)于現(xiàn)在使用較為廣泛的薄煤層采煤機(jī)的減速器中存在的錐齒輪,影響電動(dòng)機(jī)的安放和使用壽命,針對(duì)此處進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。

Abstract
