摘 要
本文在系統(tǒng)的分析了同步機(jī)構(gòu)、升降機(jī)構(gòu)和橫移機(jī)構(gòu)的的發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)某公司所使用的鋁型材橫移輸送機(jī)械進(jìn)行了深入的分析和研究,并對(duì)其工作中所產(chǎn)生的如活動(dòng)機(jī)架剛度不足、橫移梁變形、固定機(jī)架剛度不足、升降行程不足和齒輪齒條脫齒等問題提出了解決方案和改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)。從而使得該機(jī)構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊,慣性小,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),各參數(shù)易于調(diào)節(jié)和控制等特點(diǎn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)在橫移輸送機(jī)構(gòu)中采用了6缸液壓同步控制加齒輪齒條的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。通過(guò)對(duì)橫移機(jī)構(gòu)部分進(jìn)行的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和理論計(jì)算,以及對(duì)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行的詳細(xì)的分析計(jì)算,從而解決了在實(shí)際工作中出現(xiàn)的問題。并更好的滿足現(xiàn)有各種型材的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, at the systematic analysis on the basis of the development and status about the synchronous mechanism,hosting mechanism and sliding mechanism. For the sliding transportation machinery of a company to analysis and study.Have proposed solutions and improved designs for the problems which are arising in the work.The problems such as the activities rack's stiffness is lacking,the morph of sliding beam,the fixed rack's stiffness is lacking,the lifting stroke is not enough,rack and gear are not meshing and so on.Thus enabling the body with simple and compact structure, small inertia, adaptable, easy to adjust and control the various parameters.
In this design,the traverse transportation agencies have used the structure of six cylinder of hydraulic synchronous control and rack and gear.in this design,through the structural design and theoretical calculations about the sliding mechanism.And focus on the transmission mechanism for a detailed analysis of the calculation.Which resolved the problems in practical work, and better transit meet the needs of various sections of existing.
