小型數控鉆床及其控制系統設計
摘 要
隨著我國電子制造業和印制電路板(PCB)行業的快速發展給電子制造裝備提出越來越高的要求,印制電路板數控鉆床向著高速、高精度、高可靠性、智能化、柔性化、集成化的發展趨勢越來越明顯,目前,高精度高速微孔印制電路板數控鉆床是制約和影響我國電子制造業水平和電子信息產業基礎配套能力的重要因素,是我國電子制造業與世界先進水平差距體現的重要環節之一。因此,開展高精度高速微孔印制電路板數控鉆床關鍵技術的研究與應用,改善和提高PCB數控鉆床的整體性能,對于提高我國電子制造工藝裝備水平和電子信息制造業自我配套能力具有重要的現實意義。本文系統的介紹了自行設計與制造的加工印刷電路板微型數控鉆床及其控制系統的組成及原理,并對各部分功能進行了分析,特別是MCS-51系列單片機的具體應用及擴展,研究結果具有實用價值.

Abstract
It is proposed that more and more demands to the electron manufacturing manufacturing industry and PCBs profession. The PCBs numerical controlled drill machine development tendency that faces high speed, high accuracy, high dependability, intelligentization, flexibleization and integrationization is more and more obvious. Currently, high-precision high-speed catalysis PCBs numerical controlled drill machine is constrained and influenced the level of China's electronics manufacturing industry and the electronic information infrastructure capacity is an important element of our electronic manufacturing gap with the world's advanced level of one of the important links. Thus, high-precision high-speed PCBs numerical controlled drill machine research and application of key technologies to improve and enhance the overall performance of PCBs numerical controlled drill machine for electronic manufacturing processes and equipment to improve our level of self-supporting capacity of the manufacturing sector and electronic information will be of practical significance. This paper systematically introduces the composition and principle of a self-design and manufactured miniature NC drill machine and control system used for processing printing circuit board. It analyzes the function of every part, especially for the specific application and expandability of MCS-51 single chip processors. The result possesses value.
