[摘要] 曲柄壓力機(jī)是板料沖壓生產(chǎn)中的主要設(shè)備,隨著鋼鐵重工行業(yè)的加速發(fā)展,鋼鐵鍛壓行業(yè)的發(fā)展也被大大推動(dòng),因此提高曲柄壓力機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)效率勢(shì)不可擋。曲柄壓力機(jī)及其設(shè)計(jì)基本成熟,屬于系列化產(chǎn)品,為了提高企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,必須提高這類產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)水平和設(shè)計(jì)效率,避免重復(fù)勞動(dòng)。
本論文對(duì)曲柄壓力機(jī)中的一個(gè)系列產(chǎn)品——J23-16B型開式可傾壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在現(xiàn)有的研究基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)該類型壓力機(jī)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì),并在局部及關(guān)鍵地方進(jìn)行特性化設(shè)計(jì)。如在本文中,壓力機(jī)的曲柄采用偏心套機(jī)構(gòu),而非傳統(tǒng)的曲軸機(jī)構(gòu),提高了軸的強(qiáng)度,且機(jī)身總體尺寸較傳統(tǒng)的壓力機(jī)更緊湊。除此之外,偏心套機(jī)構(gòu)與曲軸機(jī)構(gòu)相比還具有裝拆方便,軸的強(qiáng)度更優(yōu)等特點(diǎn)。而機(jī)身尺寸等可參照傳統(tǒng)壓力機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的一些參數(shù),這樣有利于參數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。

The design of J23-16B type open type tilting press
[ABSTRACT] Mechanical press is the chief equipment for the production of punching armor plate.As the accelerated development of heavy industry, the development of punching armor plate industry has been driven greatly. As a result, it is necessary to advance the design and production efficiency of mechanical press. The design of mechanical press is maturity and series, so it is very significative to advance the design level and efficiency on the chance of improving the company's competition.
A series of products which is J23-16B-type open type tilting press will be designed in this paper.Based on current study,I will make the overall designing of this type of press,and special characteristics in the key place.As in this article, the crank with eccentric press agencies, rather than the traditional crankshaft agencies to improve the strength of the shaft, and the overall body size is more compact than traditional presses。In addition, the eccentric body, compared with the crankshaft body also has a convenient loading and unloading, shaft strength more superior characteristics. Thebody size, etc. can be designed with reference to some of the parameters of traditional presses, it is a good parameter standardization.
