差速器設計
摘 要
在去年金融危機的影響下,汽車產業結構的重組給汽車的發展帶來了新的機遇,與汽車相關的各行各業更加注重汽車的質量。差速器作為汽車必不可少的組成部分之一也在汽車市場上產生了激烈的競爭。此次就是針對汽車差速器這一零件進行設計的。本次設計主要對安裝在驅動橋的兩個半軸之間的差速器進行設計,主要涉及到了差速器非標準零件如齒輪結構和標準零件設計計算,同時也介紹了差速器的發展現狀和差速器的種類。對于差速器的方案選擇和工作原理也作出了簡略的說明。在設計中參考了大量的文獻,因此對差速器的結構和作用有了更透徹的了解。再設計出合理適用的差速器的同時也對差速器相關的行業有了一定得認識。通過繪制差速器的組件圖也讓我在學習方面得到了提高。
