電動機絕緣膠架一模四腔的塑料模具設計
【摘要】 通過對電動機絕緣膠架工藝的正確分析,設計了一副一模四腔的塑料模具。詳細地敘述了模具成型零件包括前模板、前模仁、后模板、后模仁、后模鑲件、斜導柱、滑塊等的設計與加工工藝過程,重要零件的工藝參數的選擇與計算,推出機構與澆注系統以及其它結構的設計過程,并對試模與產品缺陷作了介紹。
【Abstract】 A set of mould with one module and four cavities has been designed through the correct analysis of the technology of insulated pastern support of motor in the graduate design. The design and machining technology process of its molding part including the front moulding plate、front mould kernel、back mould plate、back mould kernel、back mould set piece、incline guide pin、slide steatite etc, and the choice and calculation of technology parameters of the impotent part, the design process of extrusion outfit, inject system and other makeup are specified in detail; Test and product have been introduced.
一. 擬定模具結構形式
A. 確定型腔數量及排列方式
型腔的數量是由廠方給定,為“一出四”即一模四腔,他們已考慮了本產品的生產批量(大批量生產)和自己的注射機型號。因此我們設計的模具為多型腔的模具。
考慮到模具成型零件和抽芯結構以及出模方式的設計,模具的型腔排列方式如下圖所示:
